DXC is selling off or spinning out the U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services division, as far as I know, this is a profitable part of the business and seems like a foolish move.
Can anyone say who they think would buy the U.S. State and Local Health and Human Services division? Any educated guesses as to the likely outcome for the folks working this division? Indian outsourcing companies?
Cognizant, while 'headquartered' in New Jersey, is very much NOT a US company. The real headquarters is in India. The new CEO is London based.

The United States has a total of 16 territories. There are five territories that are inhabited. They are Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the North Mariana Islands.

Not an Indian company. This business is thankfully for us employees loaded with legally required on shore restrictions
Perhaps CGI or NTT Data would be interested in owning the business.
