It might not be immediate but I would recommend searching for new opportunities while your wait for your RSU's to vest. You won't have anyone directly tell you your job is on the chopping block though read the countless Glassdoor reviews of how all the other Open Text acquisitions went. There will be redundancies across the organization and a restructure will be inevitable and quicker for some teams ie HR, Marketing, IT, etc than in others. Think about the people who were aware of the buyout plan and direction of the company how quickly they have since left (General Counsel, CMO, etc)
