The biggest problem we have at Molina is that they are letting the wrong people go and driving away good people due to fear of layoffs. The management structure, and I cannot recommend this enough, needs to be given a deeper look. They are laying off people because 10 managers or directors will save them close to $1000000 a year. If they would layoff the people who are on top imagine the millions and millions of dollars that would be saved. The idea of wiping out departments and Outsourcing certain ones is not effective. In the end you're going to end up with unhappy employees and you're going to have more good people leaving and just opening the door for any regular Joe with a sh–y attitude to come in there and do things his way or her way. Next thing you know you're a health plan that nobody knows about anymore. I know that there was some employees on the frontlines who needed to be let go and were due to not performing or even caring about their job. But when we have people at corporate who could give one sh– less about this company and they're making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year maybe even Millions depending on there level - again these are the people who need to be put under the microscope and questioned.

Friends and family is alive and well. Problem is- it’s the old Molina brothers friends. Now add the new friends and what do you have? Well you have this sh–bag company. I still prefer that they first get rid of the brothers friends that remain. As for the new friends...well good luck with that!
Management at Molina terrible I’ve lost total respect for ones in charge. Why in the world would you keep all these people at the top & let workers go? I hope you can sleep at night. There are consequences for your decisions. Friends & Family is Not Gone.
I fully agree management and BOD are doing a wonderful Job at enriching themselves, outsourcing jobs, negatively impacting morale and staff. We r sure the Molinas could a color to the “trust me” statement. The brothers error was trusting too much in those they appointed.
