Yeh TTboy leveraged everything on a house of cards and Sales overpromised, but Data Repair was always letting the customer down.

How did Windstream ever decide to hired such technically r—ded people with no skills???????

And not only that but continue to promote them to team leads and managers?

Middle management is to blame for this. Can we just agree to expedite outsourcing the repair teams' jobs to Mexico and India?

Let's start with Charlotte. Greenville and Rochester actually work pretty hard.

OfficeSuite is already outsourced. Most of those calls go to India and Phillipines.

Can we just agree to not let them troubleshoot our software development? They don't know routers so I know they will mess up the good thing we have going on in this.
