NO it’s NOT !
Our store is the same .
The BEST workers were let go.
The smart ones, who remained, found other good jobs.
What’s left is the part time, ill trained workers, hired to do what the good workers did.only, they’re not as good and the place is STILL a mess , a year and a half later.
Everybody is still miserable. Nothings changed quite a few good people have left to go elsewhere. We have a lot of people left that don’t even know their alphabet and call out constantly. This is what Barnes & Noble has become.
Our SM knows something. Heard him tell ASM, this could be our last Christmas.Also said sales across the company are way down and things look dismal for us.
Wait until after christmas. Its going to be bad.
That other shoe will drop and it's a knee high 'boot'.
I expect a lot of booksellers are waiting for the other shoe to drop. Those jeans and sneakers are going to cost big.
