It's a minimum 23% reduction from reliable HR source. It will be in waves but that number is accurate at a minimum. I woyld make alternative plans, update your resumes.
This seems to be the number that's been solidifying across many posts, so I'm going to start assuming we have confirmation (or as much of one as we can get at this point.)
Now if we only knew when and what will be affected the most...
