"When will the useless recruiters get outsourced as well? They pass over qualified people to hire friends and relatives and does anyone know what they are recruiting for??"

I have had people tell me that they have called them, just to inform them that they might not want to waste their time going any further in the hiring process. Why......because they were seasoned tech's from within the telco industry and WS was only looking for new hires with NO experience. I have heard this from several applicants.

So it's nice to know that all these years, all these "resume boosters", etc...... actually are counting against you in this industry. At least at WS.

When will the useless recruiters get outsourced as well? They pass over qualified people to hire friends and relatives and does anyone know what they are recruiting for?? We are bankrupt so we should stop making up jobs and wasting money. As someone else posted TT is like a teenager with a credit card who doesn't know you have to pay that sh– back.

Human resources is the ultimate overhead, they provide no value at a company like Windstream where the atmosphere is equal to a morgue. We just need the people who fund payroll to be able to press the transfer button...we all know the end already. No need for HR to come on boards like this and voice their nonsense.

"There is no way this has been announced. It’s pure speculation."

Let me guess, you also didn't believe that Windstream could go BK because you believed what TT told was correct? Reality is coming down fast and hard on you....

"Add Human Resources to the list. They are all going to be subcontracted out in 2020.

The cheerleaders won’t be happy after the people they have been cheering for replaces them for a contractor."

The whole telecom industry has been outsourcing for many years. WS finally discovered this. Cutting edge leadership! Lol!

Interesting comment

Is this your prediction or is it a plan that’s been announced?

Thanks for clarifying
