After the RIf a furlough on G650 and possibly AAP. Mission critical will be removed. Non USA personnel could be cut.

sorry but they can justify not giving a 60 day notice because of Unforeseeable business circumstances (i.e. engine supplier issues or orders being cancelled).
plus they could just decide to pay people for the 30 days since the original notice back in SEPT.

First of all, there's no such thing as a 30 day notice. The WARN rule is that if more than 500 people or 30% of the workforce is laid off in a 30 day period, there is a 60-day notice required. There was no 60 day notice, contractors are exempt from the count, so I don't believe that more than 499 direct employees will be laid off - at least not en-masse.
