I’m guessing people will be get laid off inspection group?? No mas work this month at our shop until we get more jobs in. Hope our group is ok. Holidays coming soon.

Ain’t what he’s saying man, what wrong wit you? He’s sayin that there’s no bread to spread around to us on the ground but these clowns got enough to drive around in they’re brand new trucks. Why matter what brand of truck he’s talking about, fact is they’re all new and we all still broke.

Why do they have so many managers? They have VP’s managing other VP’s who are managing area managers and division managers who are managing foremen and supervisors. Meanwhile none of us in the shop get any raises or OT. Last month I went to Houston for training and everyone’s driving new Chevy company trucks.
The entire company needs to be overhauled!
They need to look into the Tuboscope Oklahoma group, a lot of extra people that do nothing and kin folks taking care of kin folks.
Heard Friday they’re planning a restructure in both coatings and inspection.
Cant run too much longer with no work load.
At any NOV facility's there's always "mops & brooms" to keep busy. In fact good time to get & inspect all Q.C. gauges, etc .
