The new vision will be to further punish hard working employees for incompetent leadership. I envision more brainwashed management pushing unrealistic management bonus program objectives on their hard working employees. I envision a reduction in benefits and a greater employee responsibility.
Most importantly, I envision Gulfstream employees realizing that the only way to get a fair deal with the NEW Gulfstream is to form a union that fights for them. A union that makes it very clear that OUR contribution to the success of this company is more important than that of the empty suits.
