Layoff’s are now happening on a monthly basis especially in IT Department. This will be the new normal in Anthem until all newly hired Legato resources have been put in place to replace what is left of American IT associates. First quarter of next year will be the worst since Anthem IT Leadership will start ramping up the “Workplace Strategy” where IT associates will be asked to move to the designated IT Core locations or be RIF’ed. It’s very stressful and toxic environment now for somebody like myself who is basically left to support and maintain our system since most of my Team mates have now been let go and replaced by the good people from Legato.
