Why the layoffs and elimination of several departments. Gulfstream, Appleton, has an excellent reputation. It has an excellent skilled workforce, highly skilled in aircraft maintenance.

Hats off to KC Appleton! Before Gulfstream bought them, KC would always be the leader in customer satisfaction surveys. They still manage to be an outpost representing a level of quality that has been lost at the other facilities. I believe this is due to a highly skilled and experienced workforce which has created a loyal customer base.
