Back again with Layoffs in Oracle Spain and with lower compensation packages than ever before.
Company presented last Sept 11th substantial benefits for the Q1FY20 and they are in the process to relocate to a new office on central Madrid (an emblematic building in the core Business area) at a renting price that very few companies can afford.
Nevertheless, here we come again with new LAYOFFS that will impact Oracle employees who will have to leave the company with a relevant reduction on their economic compensation vs previous recent reductions.
And if Oracle is reporting BENEFITS + spending dollars on new offices + hiring new people .....why those "employees reductions" at a lower cost ....... ?????
