I posted few messages as a deeply anguished, humble and lost, tech worker ... postings removed since Macy's HR is actively managing the brad here (understandable ...)!

Thousands of different forums here, doubt Macy’s has any influence on this site. Maybe it’s the word you used, can be misinterpreted. Foul language and derogatory speech are things that usually get purged. Admins also don’t allow trolling, spamming, bullying, direct advertising and off-topics like discussing politics.
Plus, this isn't a place to report things.
Agree – I was venting (self help release) lack of role clarity and it's consequences. Sustained abuse by management leads to mental health issues.
What is "professionally raped"? That could mean anything and happens to a lot of people. Plus, this isn't a place to report things. You should talk to HR and get a lawyer if you really want to report.

I'm sorry that you feel anguished and lost. No company is worth that, and there are so many better companies for tech workers (like ALL of them) than Macy's Technology.
You said that you posted "a few" messages. Maybe you're over posting or over sharing. I'm not sure about all of the rules, but if you minimize your posts, keep your questions or comments on point (and don't digress with a lot of links) than you might have better luck with the moderator keeping your posts.
A lot of the posts on here are pretty negative, so if Macy's is protecting it's brand here, it's not doing a very good job!
