Saw the org announcement that we're bringing folks back to MDT from Reed, why the hell are we repeating the past? This small division has too many VPs already who are scared to make a decision, there's no sense in making it even more top heavy. We keep trying to do more with less, and nothing gets done. We need to bring in folks who actually do the work, not more people at the top.

If you add new products, you need more leadership. Good news is no one is buying so we don’t need anyone to make them.
