$1200 yearly raise for RA positions?

Anyone hear anything about this? I’m being told if you have been in your current role for 3-7 years you’re getting $1200 a year. This is a joke right? See ive been with the company 17 years and in my current RA2 role for 8 years. I make 2k more than the bottom. They are hiring and letting people negotiate salary so these people are starting at 5-10k more than the bottom with no experience. I’ve gotten 2-2 and 2-3 ratings for 17 years. I’ve been loyal to a company that has sh– on their employees for the last 7ish years. This is just more fuel to the fire.

But wait...if I put notice in they might over me 2.5%...what a joke

Happened in Underwriting! I was pretty happy with my adjustment, but lots of people who didn't quite make the criteria (largely those just a few months from the time in role range) were p-ss-d.

My TM just confirmed this is happening, CS should hear from their TMs about the amount, as I understand it's not a set amount but a percentage of where you fall on the pay scale.

So they boot the retirees out the door and give the YES people raises.

“No please, I make too much money already. I couldn’t possibly accept another $1200 annually.” -said no one ever

Did anyone who was offered the $1200 turn it down? Asking for a friend.

You just queued up Tippy's Trolls to come on and tell you about how they're excited for all the changes coming and they stayed just because of them. State Farm is a great place to work as evidenced by all the experience, well trained people leaving and the inexperience being hired and then not properly trained. There's a reason there is so much churning in the CS positions company wide. The new system actually encourages that in it helps to keep salaries low. The CS job is no longer a career gig.
Remember when the rumor was that they were going to increase the 401k match to $2700?
