Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

House of cards is falling at Uniti

1st of many changes to come on both sides of the house.
The consultants and the creditors will recommend a change of
BOTH boards and executives. It's time to Drain the Swamp!

the Gunderman brothers and TT pulled off one of the great heists of the 20th century. These pieces of trash will pocket millions of dollars at the end of the day. They're suing each other? What a joke. All part of the plan. They don't care if one or both companies go down in flames. These scum got their money already.

Uniti is a shell company that does nothing. Windstream moves all assets to Uniti, but maintains the buildings and networks. Windstream orders new fiber routes and turns them up and they roll up to the Uniti portfolio. If a building has an issue or needs permits, its on Windstream. I worked at Windstream for years and we never involved Uniti in ANY issue, odd if they own everything

This is all just a show at this point. Whatever happens, the top rats in both companies know they will walk away with millions.

"The consultants and the creditors will recommend a change of BOTH boards and executives."

Interesting comment – is this your opinion or have you heard something about this from insiders?

I don't doubt Windstream's top people will get canned but not so sure about Uniti.

If Uniti prevails in their dispute, I don't know who or why someone would change Uniti's board or management.

Based on what I've read, I think Uniti will prevail – "smart people" are saying their legal position is pretty strong. I suspect they'll toss Windstream some bones to avoid having this case go to trial. Something random can always happen in litigation this complicated. And "smart people" can turn out to be dumb.

Time will tell.

Ms. Perez-Carlton ran FPLFiberNet.

I don't know her but I used to know FPLFiberNet.

It was a fiber operator backed by FPL (formerly Florida Power & Light). Of all the fiber carriers started by power utilities in the 1980s and 90s, they were probably the best run and most successful. They added materially to FPL's bottom line, which is impressive, considering how huge FPL is.
