Think for a minute about the stark contrast between the 2015 layoffs and the 2019 layoffs. The reaction to the 2015 layoffs was nowhere near to the reactions to the 2019 layoffs. The level of distrust in leadership has increased significantly since then. Gulfstream seems to have become a shell of what it used to represent for the employees. The one notable leadership addition in 2015 was the hiring of a new VP of HR. Not sure if there is a correlation there but since then the organizational structure and culture of the company seems to have changed significantly.

I was laid off in the 2015 layoffs. Just wondering how many others got laid off as well. It sure as hell seemed like it was more people than they told the media, and us.
When did you get the boot?
