Sad Facts - GAC - Lack of Innovation & Arrogant Culture

New information to the individuals that are the problem, rhetoric for those too afraid to speak up because they are over compensated for their respective skill sets. The market matured and GAC rested on their lorals of old. Blinded by ignorance and arrogance they released two aircraft nobody wants no far enough advanced to differentiate those the said they wouldn’t sunset. Stick around and support the toxic culture until they are through with you or s— it up and realize there is a reason they trick you into a lifestyle above your education and skill level... You figure it out unless you were born and raised in Effingham. If that is the case, see first advice suggestion.

Says the guy that uses the word screed, lol! My education is unquestionable to a sycophant such as yourself, being that I saw what GAC was and stayed as long as my move package obligated me.

The compensation assertion is one of fact. Do your research and you will deduce the
same. To that end, demolish a post made by thumbs on a smartphone if that is what you qualify as or not an educated person. You are exactly what needs to go about that shell of an organization, given your homerism response. My guess is you are an over compensated example of why this company is failing.

Good luck though, I’m sure you are just what Gulfstream thinks they need..

Btw, if you have the sand, I’d love to see if your opinion was a strong face to face.

I think you have a solid point. Aerion is operating in a similar manner. Why aerospace throws oodles of money at warm bodies, equipment, facilities, with zero intelligence, only to overrun their budget is beyond me. The whole overtime culture that development programs have is this same stupid.

Gulfstream oozes bad management. To your point, most of us who hired on at Gulfstream in the past ten years were smart enough to know what a cluster f*ck of mismanagement Gulfstream was during our interview. I certainly did. But it has been a great ride, and those among us with a lick of sense stowed a away a nice nest egg for Thursday October 10th 2019.

It's the nature of the beast. If you think a company who pays incompetent engineers 150k year is sustainable you're not very bright. Not to mention the money Gulfstream wastes egregiously.

When this is all over there will still be dead weight everywhere. I highly doubt all of the incompetent middle management will get cleaned out.

interesting that you would suggest that those at Gulfstream are overpaid for their skillset or level of education; after reading your post, I have to wonder just what education you received to post such a poorly crafted screed... move on and let those left have hope; yours has obviously been crushed.
