Thread regarding Gulfstream Aerospace layoffs

We won't mess up this time

Don't worry guys we wont turn off the badges to early or send out email giving out the list of people we plan on letting go during the R.I.F.

I think we got everything hashed out, we learned from our misstates for the contractor debacle, and also from the Dallas site.

We are going to give every one that reads this site (especially the ones reading this from a work computer. Yes, we have I.T watch what you do) , the normal RIF processed.

Good Luck on you future endeavors and We will see ya'll next time you come back
(Then R.I.F you again).

Thanks

Poor old contractors got kicked into a major goat f—. I know some folks got their badges turned off the day before they got the email saying who got cut. I have a friend and fellow contractor that found out he was let go by guys in the department he was working, they went to his house to tell him the good news. No one from Gulfstream or his contract house made an effort to let the poor b–tard know, I guess someone did finally call him later in the day. At least they didn’t keep the guys that performed the best, wish I could see how things are going with only the lower performance people left.

Please make sure you deduct all remaining 2019 United Way contributions from my severance package. Is it too late to make a PAC contribution?
