Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Deleted Posts

I've noticed of late, any number of posts / threads have been deleted by 'thelayoff' .

Why the censorship?

Said posts haven't contained anything particularly contensious, let alone defamatory or libellous.

Anyone care to comment?

Mike's main problem was holding share price above all else. Hence constant head chopping to cook the books. He never did figure out how to swing the sword faster than revenue run off though.

Hopefully Sal will keep calm and implement something resembling a plan. Not that I have any faith he will.....

Fair comment.

Genitalia aside, I'd consider the switch to Salvino invites comments from people as to how they think DXC might change direction under his tutelage. With luck, maybe the number of layoffs will decline?

History confirms the IT industry is full of CEO's who've promised the earth, only to quietly rape and pillage the business before leaving.

For me, attempting to merge HPES and CSC into one unified IT business was always a gamble, and many people have posted to confirm and detail Lawrie's failure to deliver on that challenge. What strategy will Salvino use to change that?

As I write this, I note the stock price has dropped to nearly $27, so he's got to come up with something pretty soon, before Wall Street completely looses faith.

Sheer volume of people posting pure bollocks. The site is meant for layoff updates, which are sparse at best amongst all the sh–posting.
