We're hiring, , but I won't name the company. Not so much impact when your not an OEM, only a fraction of the new and revised business since 2008 matters. What matters less; are individual companies.
Hypothetical of course. Hoping if there are any reductions they make offers the way they did it in 18'
Is the 25% salary cut a rumor, speculation or something that has been or will be announced?
If those Chinese tariffs go into effect in December it's going to get really interesting
Never been part of a more dysfunctional run company - just disgraceful....
25% Dearborn salary cuts by end of 2019. Then even out the workload, eliminate Gap week, best cost at job one, BOB. Add costs to estimates as relevant changes occur,audit suppliers capital, force tier 1’s to adhere to set burden rates,& set realistic cost targets. Last and most important, use friggin common sense, and realize the suppliers are in business to make as much money as they can.
Not big enough cuts. They could double this number by getting rid of the useless FordX group.
