To delete their own words in a post seems both ridiculous and meaningful.
Shouldn’t HR be doing actual work? Oh, that’s right, they never get laid off.

How do you know the user was banned? Not that I don’t believe you, I suppose web admins do that sometimes, but how do you know this particular user was banned, given we are all anonymous here? Btw, this is not a company owned website, and I don’t believe they have power over it any more then you and I do. So, if something was deleted, was because it somehow violated the website’s content rules.
Would suggest to read the rules, the link is in the footer. Can also try to contact web admins and ask them why, but I doubt they would response back.
Hard telling in response to the question. I did read this text in one of the recent job postings. I have to be honest, I upchucked in my mouth a little when I read it. Sickening, just sickening...
