It looks like some interesting stuff is being postponed to the late October hearing date.
There is mention at the beginning about an issue involving legal “discovery” in the Uniti matter. Does anybody understand what that’s about? I’m not a lawyer

The more the exec's kick the can down the road the greater the chances are to get paid out their KEIP/KERP. It's all MBA smoke and mirrors folks.
Looks like all of Friday’s hearings have been adjourned/postponed until late October; many of the items to be heard were settled between Windstream and the other parties ahead of time:
