Straight pay overtime? I would report that to the government agency.
Yep! They’re using scare tactics towards employees, telling them if they don’t work overtime for straight pay they will just eliminate that job, and if they don’t work they will be insubordinate. Time to jump ship, it’s only going to get worse.
