What choice do TB, RB, and others in NA leadership have but to stay at Pearson? Their legacy of destruction is so prominent. No one is their right mind would ever hire them. This is it for those leaders.

I'm sorry to share this news, but destroying a company does not make you unemployable. It makes you MORE employable at an even HIGHER level with an even BIGGER salary. Case in point: AT, the psychopathic ex-Nature editor who destroyed Macmillan with the aid of her flunky S, keeps going on to higher and better jobs despite failing at every one of them. Once you get to a certain level, you stay there, to put even more worthy people out of jobs.
They will all be just fine. When they leave Pearson they will do so with 7 figure parachutes and will immediately land at another company in the space.
Oh they’ll all get jobs. Look at BK. He seems to always land somewhere.
They are employable but not at the level P was gracious to award them
