Seagate Benefits

Used to work at Seagate last decade. Seagate used to be a great place for benefits. Can current employees tell me:

Does NRM still have the on-site fitness center? Loved going there, so convenient. Free yoga and boot camp classes. It was awesome.
Does Seagate still send 200-250 employees to Eco Seagate each year? I went in Jan 2003 to Sunshine Coast, north of Brisbane. Needless to say, another awesome feature.
Does Seagate still have on-site diversity training? Attended a class taught by Seagate employees, who were taught by SMEs in diversity. Another "employer of choice" smart decision.
Is the KEB (Key Employee Bonus) still around? I got this several years in a row, and raked in over $7500. Medtronic has a similar bonus, but much larger, typically.
Does Seagate offer employees a finders reward for referring candidates to openings? It was a big benefit ($2k - $3k) if the candidate gets hired.

Was thinking about coming back to Seagate, if the place still is this good.

Spent quite a few years working at Seagate, and all the perks and benefits kept shrinking/ disappearing. The all hands mtgs We’re a joke. How many times did I hear the CEO tell us “Thank you everyone for the best quarter ever!! Oh, by the way, there won’t be a bonus. Sorry.” The “perk” of employee discount on Seagate products was another joke. It was cheaper to buy at the nearest computer store! I was a darn valuable hard worker but rarely received any sign of appreciation and raises were usually 1.8%…. Rarely 3%. All the money was for a privileged few. By the time I left, I was doing the job of 5 people.. I don’t miss working there!

You pretty much show your douchebaggedness by saying "used to", and "Free yoga and boot camp classes... awesome".
Time for you WD clowns to go back to your own boring board and lament how much better you had it at Seagate amongst yourselves. You prolly wish you had never left, butt we're all grateful you did.

Benefits not mentioned:
Healthcare. Would you like high deductible 1 or high deductible 2?
Vacation. You get unlimited so long as your manager lets you take it. But they'll sure pressure you not to.
Flexible work hours. Feel free to come in early and stay late!
Focal opportunity. Your comp ratio will start as low as possible (can be as low as 80-85%), so you'll always have room for improvement! Enjoy your 1-3% per year raises!

All the fun perks are gone. Eco Seagate stopped more than 10 years ago and replaced with stock for senior people.

Fitness center is okay. That is a 10 dollar per month perk at best compared to 24 hour or planet fitness.

Referrals? I would not recommend my friends to this company at any price.

Bonuses are so up and down and you cannot count on it. Things are getting worse with the business as it dies.

Diversity training is a joke here.

The company is end of life and benefits continue to be cut.

Bonus is iffy. Generally a cycle of good year, bad year, and zero focal year. As revenue shrinks, I expect fewer 'good years' in the cycle.
