If there is no PRP because managers wish to be more "selective" about reducing the workforce how does one get selected for SRD?
I only ask because those who got shoved out under SRD received in many cases 9 months salary. If I we're just to retire without PRP then there is no severance package.
I'm tempted to brown nose less and even annoy my manager without doing anything too foolish. Does this make sense?
