What did you put on your survey? Is it true they are laying off survey takers? I just focused on fairness within the company what about you?

yes be honest cuz they not be honest with you you get cut on conference call
Be honest on your surveys. You do know that IF or WHEN Molina sells..one big thing potential buyers look at is employee morale. That can be a make or break for a company attempting to buy. No company wants another, even if they plan to get rid of ppl, which until such time that everyone from Molina would be gone it could cost the buying company millions in lost time, production, etc, and they arent going to want a company that will cost them even more than they bought for. So be honest.
And as more is outsourced- why do we need surveys? We going to survey the sweatshop in the Philippines or India? They don’t care anyway when they can find IT talent in India at 25% or less then the good old USA dolla!
Your voice is only heard by the sweatshop survey worker in Cambodia execs get a nice pie chart in a 5 min presentation then decide who gets cut next
It was completely anonymous did you not read the confidentiality disclosure prior to taking your survey?
What is the truth though? I mean where does one start?
I told the cold, hard truth. Someone has to say it.
I told the truth.
I say bring it! I also told the truth. It might as well happen sooner than later.
If they are then they're scum. But either way, I told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God. And if they fire me, I'll tell them, "You can't handle the truth!"
