All hourly employees got pretty piss off about this. NOV trims cost down to the bone.
Anyone confirm about they also cut down on the percentage of 401k matching too???

401k was at 6%. It's now at 4%
They didn't cut the matching. It's still 4%. They cut the extra that they give based on years of service.
Yes...looks like...trimming down the company for the next downturn...
