Does anyone here remember what an ECM was? How about an ACM? For you newcomers, they'd usually happen an hour, or so, before the park opened. They would show us videos of new commercials and tell us how well the park was doing. We'd even have a little raffle and win stuff. There was always a question and answer session at the end. Microphones were even set up in each isle so that the PP or CEO could hear our questions and concerns.
What do you think happen to them?
I almost forgot, most of the time we'd get a lite breakfast as well.
Could they just be far too busy to have them? You know, trying to figure out how to squeeze more from the ambassadors can be time consuming. Maybe things are going so well they feel it's obvious and we've got no questions or concerns.

With no TCM to announce this seasons HOS objectives it sounds like the company thinks things are going so well they don't need one. I wonder how this will be affected come October 5th .............
I think that the ECM got to a point that they were ridiculous ...... questions were asked and they would beat around the bush or pass them along to someone else ..... very disheartening to see where we were to what we have become .... basically a number
It changed alright. Blackstone took us public, but they still had ECM's.
Yes, they were worthless. No, they'd not fix a thing, but my point was that COWARDS are running the show here at SW.
Unfortunately, most of us are on different pages. SW is just a small sampling of this country we live in. We are too afraid to stand. We expect someone else to save us. That's why we're here.
SEAWORLD CHANGED OWNERSHIP...WENT PUBLIC.not everything can be shared until it is public... Hence no more ECMs... No more breakfasts w your park pres either... Lots of things changed.
They were fine, but they won't solve your problems.
I agree, but I believe if we had one tomorrow we'd have less questions about tator tots.
They were always a waste of time anytime.
