Galway Office is targeted for staff reductions

Given declining revenue in the CC business a new round of staff reduction are planned for the Galway office, according to my HR friend in that office. Galway is just too expensive compared to Pune

Unfortunately certain departments have become all about who's a– you're kissing, as opposed to any actual intelligence, talent or skill. The end of the day can never come fast enough.

It's inevitable, the Galway office is depressed. Most of the staff would welcome redundancy.

It's non existent for training or invention.

Anyway the higher ups couldn't care less as it's all soulless.

Gym, Funny Room, Free Tea / Coffee and Phone Booths. Galway has it all now. Just needs some sleep pods, and maybe a fully stocked bar to complete it's transformation.

Well, given that there is only one HR person i'd say your "friend" is delighted you have repeated their words....

So many staff have left recently I would be surprised if they needed layoffs in Galway.

Your friend in HR.... wouldn't know the winning numbers for the lottery would they?
