Good luck to all. Although I do think there are some good managers out there, there are a lot of bad ones. For this to all work out will take quite the combination of miracles – Select the better managers, exit the worst of the directors and VP's, retain the high US talent that we still have, demote the wrongly promoted engineers no longer working hard, and get new business. And now back to reality....
