I’m sure there’s more to come, but I didn't see anyone mention layoffs happening in the last couple of days. Is it possible that they slowed down with this process. If so when can we expect the layoffs to start again. Are we at least safe for this week?

Couldn't figure Out why self eval timeline was changed to November 8th also. Manager seemed confused as well. I came on here and now I'm concerned. They also released some bogus coaching system rating employees as well. Then the manager said to watch out for some automation that's being developed soon as well. Time to update the resume I guess...

Look out on the hub, MOVE initiative is ongoing till December 2021, my estimation is layoffs will continue every quarter till then.
I'm in UHC and was required to have my self evaluation in by 11/8 also. I doubt they even look into people that much honestly.
Yes, more next week. And Optum marketing leadership is having "people review" meetings this week and had all of us submit our self evals by 11/8, when all other UHG self-evals are due 12/13. They are using this as part of the "people review meetings". so disengenuous and obvious.
Yes there were more layoffs this week and yes more layoffs are planned.
