What IBM needs is a tech visionary, not another financial "engineer" (like Buberl), so it really doesn't make much difference.
AXA is a major Services client. This move is a back scratcher for a pipeline of business.
Ginni has to find the right board member that will bow down to her and not question anything she does or says. Hard to find that person given their fiduciary responsibility. Understandable it takes six months!
