I also have a new policy. If SR wants some work out of me....he has to accrue work time. Work time accrual only happens during vacation time.
It's going to take something different to obtain a different result. We've been bent over for a long time. It doesn't look like that's working too well.

Or not. We've always been told our benefits WERE part of our pay. SR....you should know that.
Or, you know, you could do the work you’re being paid to do.
