Another highly successful, niche company with a great culture gets acquired by DXC to be f—ed up and ruined by this time next year. The owners of these companies need to consider their employees over their own pockets. If you are going to sell out then at least sell to someone who cares, rather than this lot. You have just ruined the lives of the people who made you the money in the first place.

Agree fully with the earlier comments - good Powerpoint, not much else. They'll survive until end of March then it will all fall apart as new FY goals and activity kicks off. As usual the key players in the company will not have been identified, so they will leave shortly afterwards.
It's not going to take a year. It's six months of business as usual, then bring your own KY gel.
Then the great exodus begins, as people realize the horror that is about to be unleashed upon them.
How is Virtual Clarity great? They offer overpriced services that you can't sell to a client but have to fund from your own account.
Great PowerPoint but no real benefit. I hope we got it for free.
With large public corporations (not just DXC) I would argue that none of them "cares".
It is all about the potential extra profit they can make.
Sad but true! Xchanging, Fixnetix, Servicemesh, UXC, etc. etc. They all got scr3wed and all the good people left along with most of the clients!
