I have no idea who wrote it.I do completely agree with this statement however. So do no apply to that location if you transfer to another area or are lay off and want to try another line of work at this place.
I disagreed where it stated that the health insurance was good.
Every place you go to they say they have great health insurance. It is actually only adequate. Has anyone ever heard from anyone that they have bad health insurance. Of course you never have. This is a scam to let you on that you have good health insurance when they are actually only giving you the absolute very bare minimum amount allowed.
little pay outdated processes
former employee in woodland hills california
Aetna in woodland hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
There are rampant rumors that the woodland hills california facility will soon close.
Does anyone have information about this.
Oh! Sigh. Don’t you just love those external evaluation staff- just like the two “Bob’s” from the movie Office Space!! It could be worse, At least we aren’t UHG.
Same thing happened at UHG - external people telling us how to "better" run our dept.
All departments.
Which dept?
