wondering what the experience is in severance pay if you are laid off at UHC.

What alot of people don't understand is if you were once under UHC and recently moved to Optum then you will only get 1 week of severance. Look on the Hub it shows it there
Based on pay grade & # of years. If you're grade 26 or higher, 8 years = 8 weeks for example
You can check the severance policy on the Hub. It’s based on GL and years of service.
