Could all the outsourcing and RIFs be attributed to a possible Anthem loss in the lawsuit with Cigna?
The case has been heard and is waiting for a judge to hand down a decision.
Any thoughts on why the decision is taking so long?

I can’t understand why two companies of this size didn’t go through the legal channels to determine if they could merge prior to striking a deal. I do feel a decision will be made some time in the first quarter which is why layoffs will happen again around that time.
