So is this only affecting the workers at the shops or are they laying off track laborers also?

We thought the same thing in mechanical..the Beatings will continue.
I think the MOW is already so thinly stretched they dont have any people to give up, unless they outsource to Hulchers but what are the chances that could happen.....
