Noble Way summit complete bust. Not sure who organized it but this year was a complete waste of time. Poor speakers and poor execution.

you can only blame the departed for a little while. Organizations in the company belong to the executives in place. Some OK organizations. Some awful. Not a lot in between and no outstanding organizations.
"But for it all to work, leaders must change how their people think."
The problem with Noble isn't how the "people" think. There are (or at least were) plenty of staff members with bright ideas. The problem has always been the leadership. Noble is burdened with incompetent managers. These so-called “leaders” have only two skills: shameless self-promotion and squelching the innovators.
Want to fix Noble?
Purge the existing management.
The problem is that the same people or type of people are running things. Managers blame the employees or the ones laid off, but nothing really changes
I agree it has really gone downhill since the last one I attended.
How is GAP going? Is Noble still wasting money on this drivel?
somebody copied word salad from gap consulting's website.
Once liberated, people invent new solutions and approaches their organizations need. They go far beyond what could have been expected.
For the leaders with the courage to stand for the very best, and the willingness to identify and dispel the mindsets holding them and their people back, exceptional performance becomes possible.
Taking an organization down the path to a bolder future requires more than new knowledge. It requires big vision, new strategies, and innovative pathways for execution. But for it all to work, leaders must change how their people think.
Completely Disagree.
It is what you make of the topics presented. If you’re too incompetent to relate the discussions back to your team then don’t blame the messenger - start with what’s in the mirror.
Look who organized it!!!
