Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

October 2019 - Monthly Operating Report for Windstream Holdings, Inc.

I don't see anything published this month for Monthly Operating Report as we have for previous
months. KCC generally has something published on the last day of the month or the 1st of the new
month regarding our P&L.

Did anyone see this published or know why it was delayed?
Did they have to re-work the accounting after letting hundreds of employees go?
I know some of the layoff info will be buried into an accounting ledger somewhere.

We have lost 25% of our value in stocks over the last week (WINMQ)

Take away the last 6 to 1 reverse split and the stock is worth $.02 lol. A majority of windstreams network is old TDM equipment. Officesuite fits in 1-2 racks, just a cisco blade, load balancer and a hitachi san. SD-WAN requires very little infrastructure. They could roll these products out in 2-3 data center cabinets or one 10x10 cage and have tons of room to grow. Just shut everything else down, it costs more to operate then it takes to maintain. You have over 15 legacy CLEC networks still up and running independently of one another......turning up two OC48s to the CLEC they just bought is what windstream calls integration hahaha

That WINMQ stock is worthless. I think it was even declared such during the ch 11 proceedings. I think the “over-the-counter” activity is just penny stock speculators conning people into buying it. There’s a lot of sordid stuff in the penny stock world.

We’re not talking hedge fund speculators on Boardwalk and Park Place - these are guys working the phones in boiler rooms on Baltic and Mediterranean.

As for the financial reports - that’s glaringly odd.
