SLB canceled this after they had that joint venture and saw the illegal things weatherford does and how unprofitable they were. SLB ran away from this joke of a company.

Weatherford is losing something akin to $300 million every 3/4 months. Nobody in their right minds would come within a mile of this festering dung heap. Schlumberger have enough problems of their own without taking on another batch created by Weatherford’s inept management team.
