Heard metra is taking over, all white hats are sh-ting! Any news about this?

The UPRR is giving up it's cash cow at the end of the contract with METRA. The employees will have an opportunity to follow their jobs and work for METRA, the managers jobs are a different story. They may or may not be offered a job when the take over happens. Needless to say the current METRA managers are on pins and needles.
I read about it on the union website metra is taking over but they’re going to take all the employees if they want to go.
I heard they are also. I would think this is where up is gonna make there cuts this quarter
