The entire upstairs is a ghost town. They were all told their last day would be December 4th due to outsourcing their jobs. So far the fulfillment area is safe but no one is sure.

The "entire upstairs is a ghost town" is false. About 2 dozen people were let go from the upstairs, that's about 15% of the floor. It is not empty and nowhere near it.
So far is was just the call center section. I worked in operations so I don't know for sure. I left for a different job right after they laid people off.
