Some of these tactics that managers use to screw over their employees may seem far-fetched but they are not only true but common practice at DXC. If they want to get rid of you one tatic commonly used by your manager is to chop up and edit by cutting and pasting words you have sent in various emails and Skype messages to make it look lik you are bashing people or the company or discriminating against someone and then putting then erasing the body of a prior email u sent and putting in the cut and paste version they created and forwarding it to HR or their manager. Happens quite frequently. I have had people I barely know contact me and ask why I was bashing so and so when I did not even know who so and so was. Hopefully the new VP of HR will clean up this practice.

I don't understand how this would get anyone (except the Manager) in trouble. The original thread will still exist?
That is correct you do not need copy and paste to fire people. They use it to justify keeping terrible employees while laying off quality ones. A lot of things they do at DXC don’t make sense but they do them anyways. Don’t be foolish. Plus most DXC managers would much rather get in their low blows when they WFR then just WFR because there is no law against it.

Wouldn't be surprise as manager have their favourite and can be quite petty if you have a small disagreement with them. However seems that over burden of management is key within DXC - multiple manager with their own agendas and differing instructions per ground. For WFR the hard working grunts on ground are liable to WFR out of the door (who have knowledge and expertise) before ineffectual management. Was hoping SAL look at the duplicate layers of management who don't contribute everything useful to company and get rid of those before anyone else.
This is really not needed in most USA states, as the right to hire or fire exists for any reason not covered by law like religious freedom.
