Who the duck owns a farm in the la basin and why do I have to sell my house?
I'd be shocked if it's ONLY 40 or 50.....theres really no power anymore....I could see close to 100 mechanical being chopped between all the crafts and the 3 shops... maybe 50 mechanics alone between the 2 iam rosters....maybe 25 mso and 25 electrician. Anyone hired after 2010 is more than likely gone before spring time.... hang in there guys, gonna be a miserable winter
Hang in there. I know you do not want to hear but sell the farm and start over. Sell your house take what you can and move forward. It will never be the same awesome company again they brought in toxic wall street and ruined this place.
If only the unions had the balls to strike. But they are scared of jail....we have nothing to help us gents...roll with it or look for a new job before it’s to late. UAW and longshoremen are the only 2 real ones left!
They're make us do more and more of the foreman's jobs. So when they cut the foremen they will just order us to pick up the slack! Some of the foremen are happy to let us do their jobs. I'm a carman with 25 years at up, and I'm worried about my future with this vile company
Foreman union will be a thing of the past soon . The railroad will be done with Arasa union after the next round of talks. Leaving lead craftsman and low level management.
Its a shame hard working people have to suffer for top hands to get paid. Corporate Greed at it best.
Car Department West Colton going to get hit hard. But they already know that.
What no foremans?
