Many seem to misunderstand why CH11 is important and a good thing for Windstream. So please let me explain:
First - We were planning CH11 for sometime and the lawsuit ' that I personally and repeatedly stated we would win, was just a pretext to initiate this strategy - WIN.
Second - We are now able to settle owed payments to vendors and contractors for mere pennies on the dollar as opposed to paying what is fully owed - WIN WIN
Third - We are breaking long term network location leases using CH11 laws. This is especially true for the redundant network locations we acquired though my earlier Tony Thomas plans involving smaller acquisitions that have worked so well. WIN WIN WIN
Fourth - My extensive use of nepotism for all top management jobs makes sure that only people loyal to my personal goals are retained and rewarded. Sure some lack the education and skill set but that is not a concern - WIN WIN WIN WIN
Finally - CH11 allowed vehicles like KEIP to be used to further enrich me and my loyal cronies at everyone else expense. While unfortunate that I can not keep all the money for myself, my loyal soldiers such as LL and MM whom I provide perks and bonuses to have my back and continue to justify my strategy. My income has more that tripled this year due to these wonderful initiatives. WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN
While most others are struggling I just wanted to let everyone know the Thomas family is doing just fine during these trying times. CH11 is a good thing and everyone should do it!!
