Its like a yo-yo, this area was off-shored back in 2010 under BABW, then in 2017 brought back onshore, now offshore again. Wait for another leadership change and it will revert back onshore in 5-6 years, because they will lack any control over the work once its offshore and its a disaster.

Yes, we received notification that UM will be transitioned to offshore. They will do it in phases as early as November.

Outrageous? Companies can hire and fire at will, just like employees can leave whenever they want. Anthem isn’t losing members by any stretch of the imagination.
